Subject to stock availability. We try to maintain accurate stock counts on our website but from time-to-time there may be a stock discrepancy and we will not be able to fulfill all your items at time of purchase. In this instance, we will fulfill the available products to you, and contact you about whether you would prefer to await restocking of the backordered item or if you would prefer for us to process a refund.

  1. Shipping Costs:
    1. For orders below the value of Rs.3000/-, a fixed shipping cost of Rs. 500 will be applied during checkout.
    2. The shipping cost is determined based on the weight, dimensions, and destination of the items in your order.
    3. The payment for shipping will be collected along with your purchase.
  2. Final Price:
    1. The shipping cost of Rs.500 is the final price for shipping to the customer.
  3. Delivery Time:
    1. Delivery times may vary based on your location and the shipping method chosen during checkout. 
    2. Please refer to the estimated delivery time provided during the checkout process.
  4. Order Tracking:
    1. Once your order has been picked-up and dispatched, you will receive a confirmation email and SMS with a tracking number and link from which you will be able to follow the progress of the shipment based on the latest updates made available by the shipping provider.   5. Dispatch Time:
    1. Orders are usually dispatched within 2 business days of placing the order
    2. Our warehouse operates on Monday – Saturday during standard business hours, except on national holidays at which time the warehouse will be closed. In these instances, we take steps to ensure shipment delays will be kept to a minimum.
  6. Change of Delivery Address:
    1. For change of delivery address requests, we are unable to change the address after the order has been placed.
  7. Delivery Time Exceeded:
    1. If delivery time has exceeded the forecasted time, please contact us so that we can conduct an investigation.
  8. Duties & Taxes:
    1. Sales Tax: Sales tax has already been applied to the price of the goods as displayed on the website.
